A couple weeks/months ago 00S2k01S4 posted a picture of a new Black BMW with Gold Lipped Rims. Well I'm just playing off his post. I posted this in the Norcal Forum but want additional feedback before I invest $$ to make this happen/or not. two toally different cars/wheels but came concept.

Has anyone else already done this?

i like it on the bmw and i would probably rock it on the s2k too but not once every company made a version

 

i cant believe it hasnt been a fad yet. i mean we've seen red lips, polished, black lips, and god knows what DIY colored lips we've seen

and yet gold lips havent been trendy yet. i say do it. looks good!

 

I remember a previous post of an Audi with white lips, which looked incredible.
But the BMW looks awesome with those gold lips.

I say do it. Just make sure the centercap and lug nuts are either black or gold too. any more than 2 colors on wheels and they start to look tacky.
