Real Estate does pay off and AsianQing, you are right, almost everyone is in Real Estate now a days. Gotta get into the right business at the right time or like racer chick said, you gotta know someone with all the business and connections, whose been doing that for quite a while.
AsianQing, loving that typing guy toon, where did you get it?!

It's the commissions that pay for the cars, not the real estate itself! Figure it out fellas.
Real estate is peaking - look for the next hot thing to get commissions on if you're looking for the quick $.

Real estate is a $$ printer but only if you've got spider web connections or own a brokerage or drop dead gorgeous like Racer chick. Otherwise the whole business is saturated and most starve in their first few moons.

i'm 23, but i graduated college 3 years ago...
no the AM isn't mine.. sadly, but what fun reactions this thread got!!
to be honest, if my mom hadn't been in real estate for 18 years, i wouldn't have gotten into it. she has all the clients and the reputation... i got lucky with a smooth start
i've seen tons of people attempt to get in and not sell anything for at least a year... so GOOD LUCK TO YA!! if you're willing to go in for the long haul, it definitley pays off!
i do work hard and make ok $$, but for now i'm trying to buy as many properties as i can before i start buying fancy cars. i dont' wanna buy a fancy car until i reach the point where $150,000 is pocket change... and doesn't make a difference
