Default Radar Detector Hardwired & AEM Serial Gauge in Audio Control Dash Panel

Over the weekend I did a few installs. I picked up a stock Audio Control Dash Panel and cut it up and put a AEM Serial Gauge in it. I had 2 gauges in the A-pillar before but sold them. I didn't like the flashy look so I picked up a brand new AEM Serial gauge and put it in a very stealth location where i can see it clearly.

I also got tired of the radar detector wire running inside the cabin to the power outlet so I hardwired it and mounted it behind my broadway mirror. It's hidden behind pretty well and also visible from the drivers seat.

Here are some pics I took.

Here is the wiring diagram on how to hardwire a passport escort x50.

Did the same thing on my car. Had to remove the circuit board at the back in order to fit it in there. My controls didn't work anyway because I had an aftermarket Head unit and no DCI
