Installation took about four hours with few glitches. More on that below photos



I did have to build shims and install them on one of the windshield latches. Discovered that they had lock-tighted the screws at the factory so they were very difficult to remove. The only other glitch was that I had to enlarge the holes on one of the rear brackets because i needed a bit more adjustment range than was provided. I just can't believe how sexy the car looks with the hardtop on, it gets even more double-takes than before. The HT emphasizes the far-aft cockpit- beautiful!! I'll use it mainly in Winter. Driving is not claustrophobic at all with that huge rear window, and the sound system sounds great.

I highly recommend it for anyone on the fence. I got mine from handa.com for $2290+CA tax. Complete kit in (huge) factory box. No shipping because I picked it up in Sacramento at the dealer Handa works out of. I got in on the tail end of a $500 rebate period, but no doubt that will be repeated.
