Is it just your bumper and hood that are damaged? Looks like your headlights and lip are ok though.

Same thing happend to me at the mall. Going to the second level the suv backed into me. I honked and i told her i honked, but she said she couldnt hear because her baby was crying. Its cool tho, she took care of everything

dam....i know how you feel...i went through the same thing, some idiot in a pathfinder backed up onto my front end new CF hood and all...good to hear that guy got what he deserves and your car will be taken care of..

Coulda been worse. I was sitting in my Civic waiting for a train to pass one time when the tow truck in front of me decides to back up to get to a side street. There was oncoming traffic behind me, I couldn't back up. I honked and honked but no luck. There was a loud "CRUNCH". I groaned, it sounded really bad. Then the driver started to pull forward, AND DRAGGED MY CAR WITH HER!!! The freakin truck had those tow hooks on the rear bumber, which had smashed through my front bumper and gotten stuck!
To make matters worse, she had no license and no insurance. It royally sucked.
