Why can't we give credit to the Honda engineers? I mean maybe there is nobody "up there", but we know for a fact that some Honda engineer designed this car to prevent us from dying during a rollover.
Honda's are some of the safest cars out there....Designed for occupant and pedestrian safety. Honda is serious about this stuff and it shows..

No offense, but if he was really "lucky," or if somebody was watching over him from "up there," then this wouldn't have happened in the first place right? I wouldn't call this guy, or anyone who just totalled his or her car "lucky." Just a thought.

The reason they survived is because the car did what it was designed to do in a crash, to protect the occupants.

Thanks for the support everyone. I'm just driving around my company truck for now. Not sure what I'll get with what the insurance gives me. I really would like to get a new S. We'll see what happens...but a full roll cage is a defenite plan for my future car. I'm sure it was an oil slick that my car went over because my tires were worn, but still had a decent amount of tread. I'll keep you guys posted on what I get next. Just remember to drive safe! THANKS!
