no, my primary inspiration was honda F1 cars (black/red/white) I would of made the primary color red (where the white is), but when I drew the car out, it didnt look the way I wanted it to. The red is accented all over the car in the lights/shift boot/interior/tail lights. The red also provides a better transition from the dark-light. Cop car inspiration- didnt even cross my mind, but I can def see how someone would think that. Here are some old pics of the car, pre-summer 2007

I commend your effort but it kinda looks like a police car...The reason the F1 cars look cool painted a certain way is because there is very little actual bodywork to work with, therefore thinner, cleaner lines, they also probably spend a few hundred grand to conceive and execute their schemas...

A for effort though...

Wheels and a drop and we'll see. I don't think it's as bad as some are making it out to be though.

I think it has awesome potential... I would definitely go with Volk "Time-Attack" wheels and a drop

Not my style, but I give you props for having the skills to do it yourself. Don't worry if nobody else seems to like what you've done to your ride. If you like the outcome, then that's all that really matters.
