Yea it was a tad funny as there where a few of them on a outing club type day, another chap had a go then non of the others lined up after that, lol.

I've just put a six speed sequential box in it and made a new exhaust so need to get out testing, also put a stronger front ARB on it and lowered the rear roll centre, oh yea and I moved the engine back and down a fair bit cos it's for sprints and hill climbs really, but drag strip is a cheap bit of a straight line test.

Oh yea cheers for the positive comments.
Just fitted a 184mm twin plate ceremetalic clutch and ultra ultra light flywheel to compliment the IL300 sequential box.
This was without the shell 11.99 1/4 mile 113 terminal, with the shell I got 12.01 1/4 mile, but 120 terminal so shell is doing a good job. Was a pig to drive without the shell, spining wheels in 4th, lol.

Hi all, I've now got the car finished and what a weapon it is. I've come to a hard decision to let it go as it has taken over my life for the past 5 years, scares the living shit out of me on old slicks (in the wet) lol and does deserve to be used. If it doesn't sell I'll save up for a set of wet's and hill climb slicks and do a bit more testing regarding the suspension and traction control before another sprint series championship, it's nearly there, but with the power to weight ratio of almost 500bhp pet ton it might need younger reactions behind the wheel than me, lol. The engine is a monster "Wessex Racing built" to the highest spec race engine and a handful in a car of 667kg. Hopefully I'll do a few 1/4 mile's in it this year as I would like to keep it, and as time and money permits i'll get it back into competition.

Please feel free to share the link. I know it may appeal to some for the engine and gearbox combo, but would sooner it stay together and get some serious notarization, but that's any potential buyer's choice and fine with me.

Right, I've got it handling fairly well now after Blyton test day. Swapped the spring rates, spent a day getting shut of the small amount of bump, had to lower the rack 1.6mm, at the track we lowered the rear ride height, played with dampers, set tracking to zero on front, but the best result came from lowering the rear roll centre. It's fairly good now, but still needs a few jobs doing.
Early run with front dampers to soft. Just pressed on a little to soon on the last corner, got a black flag, small telling off.
