Did I say anything about power?

But since you brought it up. Typically, yes you will lose some power.

i had straight pipes in the car and it was loud as hell but higher rpms it sounded sick but went to a spoon since i got pulled over every block

however that is a straight pipe off the cat, i couldnt find just a straight pipe but apparently its really really really loud. like youll go deaf.

Click on the my videos link in my sig. My invidia vs stock video has a short clip of my s2k with open header to get an idea of how it sounds.

To put it blunt, it sounds like one of those civic engines with no exhaust.
