s2200?
First, it's obvious the photos are computer-rendered; to me, that's not the point. The real question is whether it's speculation based on some inside knowledge, or just pure speculation. On that issue, I have to point out that rumors of an S2K coupe (and similar photochopped images) have been around since '99. (Example: http://www.busybeetoys.com/SCOOP/scoop-edn30.htm.) Never say never, but I'd take it with a big grain of salt.
I read earlier somewhere that autoweek this week said honda indeed was making some changes to the car for MY2005. Who knows whats going to happen, its all speculation as of now, but anything is possible.

Wow!!
Good find. It does look real. I don't know that magazine, but I don't think it's one of those gossip style mags. I had my wife read the larger print (she couldn't make out the small print), and she said it looks like production is not in question, but whether it's going to debut next year is.
I like how it looks in coupe form. Kind of like a cross between a Porsche and the original 240Z. Looks like the front vents may be functional too. Time will tell.

I'd rather stick with the existing convertable and get a awesome looking hard top. I'm not impressed with this coupe. The back end looks like an Acura Integra. Boring. I would also think it would be rather difficult to downgrade from a convertable.
You can tell it's a photoshop job. Just look at the seats in the closeups, they are in direct sunlight. They had the top down when they took the original picture. Pretty interesting concept idea though..... I do like it. But I think I'll stick with the droptop.
