I have both the ARC and Voodoo Ball shiftknobs. The voodoo sits a little too low for my tastes. The ARC sits just right and its only a tad bit higher then teh Voodoo.

I have a voodoo pearl knob and although the shifts are shorter, it requires a little more effort to shift since the overall height is shortened and the weight of the knob is substantially lighter than stock knob. I don't particularly like the way the voodoo knob looks and I figured i would try it since it was only 35 bucks. I'm gonna get rid of it soon though and get an ARC.

 

Give me the Skunk2.

I used the stock nut to make it sit a little higher than normal because i didn't like touching the shift boot when it was fully lowered...

 

Another vote for ARC

 

Momo Race Aluminum. A little tall, but the collar makes a nice place to wrap my fingers when I hold it.
