Didn't leave my house yet, Got home before it got that bad outside. We'll see how my new tires hold up.

Last year, we got one day of snow here in Dallas....good thick layer on the roads. I had a GTI 1.8T at the time. We took it down a side street where there were no cars/houses and got the car to 160mph in 5th gear while sitting still with the e-brake pulled. 
It was like playing GT3 with a high HP car and shifting gears while doing a burnout. Eventually we wore down the ice and the tires contacted the road.....stopped after that to avoid wearing the tread off.
