California is also a two-plate state. That doesn't stop most of us from scoffing that law. Do they enforce your plate laws? I'm curious about how it is in other parts of the US. Here they only take notice in certain cities depending on the presence of photo enforcement. I take my chances.

Afraid so. I used to live in NYC where you could almost get by with no plates, but things are more noticeable here.
