The part on the black 'diffuser' --- is it a sticker? is it an edm rear fog (crossing fingers!--but I think edm fog is larger than that)? camera is it simply a flash reflection? I emailed the seller but I'm anxious. I am buying this so I do not have to cut into my original parts bumper. I'm soon to join circumcised bumper crew.

 

Is that from EUROPE? Or a guy just stuck a reflector there (similar to mini cooper?)
