My bumper doesnt align or sit flush with the rear quarter panel i know the clips are those little ones inside bet they dont hook on to the bumper anymore can someone help me find a solution thanks.

 

I would take the bumper off completely and look at the top edge for broken fastener loops - prior accidents can break these fittings. While the bumper is off have a good look at things for evidence of prior damage. You may have to replace the bumper to get it to fit properly.
