What exactly is the J's EDT for? I saw a similar product on an S2000 and I assumed it was some kind of special motor mount. Is that right? What does EDT stand for? Where did you get it?

Ok, so I looked up the J's E.T.D. on their website. This is what I refer too as a "Competition Purpose Part," as in you would only have a need for it in racing environment. Would there be any benifit to putting this on a car that is only used for city/highway driving? Their website is not very well translated in the english sections. But it seems to imply that even "city place driving" (as they refer to it) this part is beneficial.

Engine Torque Damper (or ETD). Its basically a shock for motor stabilization at high rpm shifts and for cars with higher mileage for engine stability at idle or in gear. So basically it stops the engine shimmies/vibration as your car gets higher mileage on top of for racing with minimizing the engine vibration at higher rpm shifts...
