Top picture, are you talking about that screen in the middle of the dash? That's the JDM Navigation option. Don't really know what's on top of that though....maybe a VAFC???

Its knee sorta rest thing for taller people. It helps keep your legs from slidding around.

It is a Honda option in Japan, knee supports, you get one that fits onto the drivers door as well......
