does anyone know what kind of body kit that is??? it is interesting to say the least.
also, i would like to check out that roll bar. Perhaps it would actually be functional for those of us over 5'10.

The bodykit was a one-off deal. Two Japanese guys wanted to see how different they could make an s2k look and I think they accomplished their goal. It is one butt-ugly kit. I think it was all sheet-metal. There was a post on this a few months back. If you want, you can search for it and find all the details.

the more i look at it the more i agree with you, it is butt ugly.
it just caught my eye with how freaky looking it was.
the rear end is almost cool, but the screened vents and that bizarre aparatus jutting out around the plate make me ill.

Wes,
here's a decent rollbar pic.

More stuff about the car can be found here:

They call it Starship Trooper
The carbon trunk is an Amuse item, I think it's around $5k if I remember right.
I agree, the silver kit is just "almost" interesting, but slides sadly into the fugly catagory.

The more and more that I look at the rear bumper, the more it reminds me of CarZilla , the car eating/crushing, flame-throwing, robotic dinosaur that they have at those monster truck shows!!! ROAR!!!

Hey, I was checking out an Option Magazine from this summer (one with RSX Type-R on cover) and they had a tidbit on those carbon fibre mufflers.

I think you just stick some carbon fibre on top of it to get the look. The cars with carbon fibre trunks also seem to be trendy now....

I love option magazine and option fan
