they seats look nice but they sit way too high and that setup doesnt look fairly safe

So the shoulder belts go all the way down and mount to the bracket near the floor? Any harness should specifically warn you not to mount it with an angle more acute than 45 degrees for the shoulder straps.

You can take these comments with a grain of salt. You asked for people's opinions and thats what they're giving you.

Honestly, the seats do look great but with that said, the seats don't look like they're all too safe compared to stock seats and stock seatbelts.
