Once they are on the car they are ok, but changing wheels twise a month makes them go bad really quickly. The tread just fails and I do it always by hand.

And regarding the other comment about bad instalation or use of Spoon parts. My brake disc were installed by ME, following the HELM manual and there is no rocket sience behind it. New OEM brake pads and all it took was 5000miles and this is what I've got:
