mike, the top on my car on the pics is the original spoon top that was cut for the window. a flange for the side window is being molded onto it so theres a place where the window to attach to. there are some fitment issues with this top thats why its being modified.

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear; is the hardtop being produced by Shine (for sale to the general public) a replica, or a modified Original Spoon Hardtop. I see that yours is a modified Spoon, but you are posting that these hardtops will be available in 1x1 weave. Im assuming your hardtop is simply a prototype for this design. Please clearify.
