I never had any problems with them when I had them. Probably put a good 20k miles on them and ran the Dragon events like 3 times with the springs on there. Car sat pretty low but I liked them.

Hey espelir springs are the same as Eibach. That is what I have heard.
Espelir is from Japan and Eibach is from US. So they should be the same.

Espelir springs are from Mackin Industries who distribute Volk and and etc. They are a 1.3in drop. I've never heard of them being associated with Eibach.

Because one is JDM and the other is USDM how does that make them the same?? Hear say doesn't count for much.

do u autocross? how do u drive your car? I have had eibach on my last car without shocks and yes they will last without shocks yet how I drove my car when I drove my friends same car with kyb shocks/struts it was a MUCH stiffer ride. I autocross therefore when I get espelir springs I WILL be getting konig yellows or something of the sort.. In the end, its ALL HOW YOU DRIVE YOUR CAR. you have a nice car, it looks like you take car of it when it comes to the suspension, being its lower than what i'm going to do to mine. how low did those springs lower it?
I have been known to drive the car hard. I don't auto-x but that doesn't mean anything. If your really going to auto-x your car you should be looking at coilovers for your car. oh and of course the KYB's will be stiffer Why wouldn't they be...

Oh and just so you know the Eibach's on ly lower the car 1" all around... the Espelir springs drop the car 1.3"... Looks like you'll be getting the Eibach's then

Either way, the Eibach's lower the car 1" all around. If you start to go to low it will effect the CV boot and the extra stress will cause them to run hotter and develop heat cracks in the rubber.

I went with the Eibach's for the(in no particular order) look's, ride comfort, height/drop amount, their ability to work with stock shocks, a trusted proven name...

thanx for the input. It looks like your car is lower than 1 inch though.. am i missing something? Even with the espelir drop it didn't look as low as yours. This is such a hard decision...i dont know how OFTEN i'm going to autox...maybe once a month. I want a lowered look in the wheel area but will only go as high as 17" rims. Not getting a body kit just putting on a front lip from factory. I'll have to read more on all suspension setups esspecially coilovers. Never heard good things about those on some cars but i'll still give it a look. thanx
