Yea I've been to Taiwan numerous times and the city streets just DO NOT LEND itself to driving these kinds of cars!
Just last week I was in Taipei and witnessed a taxi hit a mom/daughter on their scooter. Everyone kept going about their biz like it's normal. I tried to run over there but my friend said to not go help?
Anyways the scooter's outnumber the cars like 10/1 at least....
I must be in the wrong part or wrong time cuz I did not see one exotic while I was there! Where were these pics taken from?
