9.5" +35 is my guess as well. I also think that 9.5" +28 CE's have just as much concave"ness" (if not more) as the +35's, and a bigger lip.

I think its the same exact lip/concaveness actually. Just pure backspacing would be the difference

Between certain offsets...sometimes they just add "thickness" to the pad as opposed to modifying the spokes or lip.
