I think they will look horrible on the S, no matter what size lip you can fit with them, but that is just my own opinion. They look more like rims for an S-class or an SUV than for an S IMO. I like your workmeisters the best... just keep those.

 

The S is a lean looking car, the grooves in the rocker panels make it look even more so. The rims would totally overpower the car in my opinon. But, mad props for you always looking for a new wheel.
