i was told they low ball. i know that dyno numbers are always a topic of debate. mustang dyno' typically underate numbers. i dyno my 04 civic at this same dyno at 132 whp and then again in tacoma, and it "made" 141whp here. so i think its a relatively realistic number.

a NA s2000 makes power under WOT at around 13.4-13.6. I don't thing that what you are saying has anything to do with this. The AF was recorded with the ''power'' runs, not while setting it up. And even though I have never seen a Mustang dyno on my own, I know they read lower and more accurate.

Since when are the engine bays different in LHD and RHD? Never to my knowledge.

Anyways, nice numbers!

i was just joking about the "drive it from the homeland." JK, sounds like you know your afr's. i have a question for you, i know an engine will make more power the leaner you push it, so can i just lean out my car just a hair to get a little extra hp? any advice is appreciated.

uh huh, well of course they guy who has the dyno would tell you that. I dont get this dynos have been debated for years, the dynojet is the best and most consistent. Mustang dynos overshoot numbers and so do dynapacks. The dynapacks are the worst, why the hell would you dyno a car with no wheels on its just dumb. sorry to be a jerk but i dont get how car enthusiasts dont know this by now. I would say that you made a clean 200-205whp on a dynojet, still a good # and very average for a well maintained f20!

Dynapacks serve a purpose, you can tune on a dynapack more realistically because you can do rpm load holds. You can't do that on a dynojet or a mustang dyno. That is why most tuners have started to move away from non-loading dynos. Dynapacks, DynoDynamics dynos, have more consistency and repeatability. They cost more for a reason. If you just want to do a peak run dyno and tune only for WOT then Dynojets are your bet. But if you are doing it on a street driven car which would be more ideal?

no worries bro. the numbers are nice for showin off, but they dont mean too much. track times and e.t's are a better indicator of power i think. i pride myself on taking meticulous care of my car, as i saved for it for 5 years! i think a few well placed and thought out mods will always make more power than just saying j's this and put amuse this on and it will make 235rwhp. it might but it mostly likely wont. i did my research, by reading and trial and error. i found that my car makes more WITH the stock intake w kn filter(it wasnt on the car for the dyno). my plans are to have a smooth running and efficient car. i do plan an going fi, but no until figure out what the best system is bar none. thanks for the comments. 200-205whp is still above the average for my mods. i will take anything you have to say as advice to put money on, your car is certainly one of my fav's.
