Well my Fujitsubo exhaust finally arrived (thanks Bulletproof) and was installed today.

First off, I could not believe the quality of this piece. I almost hated the fact that it had to go under the car it was so beautiful.

The installation was a snap and it looks incredible on the car.

My first impression upon start up was that it was just a little bit louder than stock. I didn't know what I was in store for once the exhaust heated up. This thing sounds incredible. I was barely able to leave the car long enough to write this. It has a very low rumble at low RPM, then it disappears in the mid range, and comes back when you hit VTEC There is absolutely NO drone. In short, I LOVE THIS THING! This is how the car should have come from the factory.

Here are the pics:

Before

After

Once again I would like to thank Bulletproof for top notch customer service. I highly recommend them.

Moving to "S2000 Talk". Not really "technical". Besides, you'll get more exposure there.

Looks good Jerry, you'll have to let me take it for a test drive. How much? (shipping, install?)

Jerry, clear those pink taillights and put in a red wedge bulb or maybe we could spray them with that red semi-transparent craft paint!

Thanks guys. The exhaust really is great for anyone who has to live with their S2K on a daily basis.

hygiene boy,
I see a test drive in your future like tomorrow.

hpark,
I have no plans for the header at this time. I might add a test pipe though.

s2quik,
Yes, I have the dreaded MY00 faded tail light issue. It is my understanding that Honda has finally addressed this problem and I should be getting new ones soon.
