You'll be just fine. If you are in the beginner group its a lot 'safer' than the other groups as people will be driving just as cautious as you.
I used to feel like this too until I realized that everyone will try everything they can to not crash into me and I will do the same for them.
You're going to WillowSprings right? If so, Saturday or Sunday?
