While that's true that OEM is far superior hardware, I sourced something that did the job well, and makes the kit $1315. That's top AND hardware. Only thing people do, is buy the top with lexan and seals, minus the brackets and they spend the money they saved on OEM side catchers The seals all fit, and there are 20+ people out there using the kit without problems. Everyone has also been happy with the top, and I haven't received a complaint so far. I have one too, and I'm happy with it. VIS IMHO has the best fitting replica out there, and while I could've gotten others for far cheaper, I didn't want to save a few hundred, for problems later.

so the oem hardware wil work on the vis or cwings top

i want to change the side seals on mine cuz they leak alot can someone comfirm if the oem ones will work please thanks

They will but you have to use silicone adhesive to attach them.

What leaks for you the side windows? I had a similar problem went to home depot and added another stick on seal type of thing fixed everything.

yes it leaks on the side windows and what did you use again. also on the sides where the catches are it makes like a squeaking noise how do i get rid of that its like if the top rubs on the lil black plastic on the car thanks
