congrats! My last car was a 1998 titanium silver M3 coupe with Fikse FM wheels. Torque is good and enjoy!

Just make sure you take care of that water pump if it hadn't already been replaced at 50k miles

well,

its got way more tq and low end power. ive only had the car 2 days, and havent really done anything but get used to it. so far its nice.

I like your car... but the only BMW's i'd own are the ones with the glorious M on them... (and yes I know yours has the M... thats why I like it)
