well, since we know the Neuspeed and Spoon STB won't fit after you put in the AEM CAI, what else will?? Comptec fits, but it seems it is too close... so, any idea?

 

Damn, Spoon won't fit? I guess I'll be selling mine then.

My friend did have the same problem, have to take off the Neuspeed STB, I am looking for the new STB now... Comptec may be a good thing to shop!!

 

so with spoon stb aem cai wont fit??? thats not good... i guess i have to go with spoon cai then...

 

How bout this get yourself a Billet X brace and toss the STB it dosen't do a damn thing!

I had put on the Neuspeed STB that is by far the best as far as any type of twisting flexing etc.(since its all one piece) and it made NO DIFFERENCE in how the car felt or drove. Just adds weight!

 

well, for me, it is mostly for look. if you don't like it... find..!! but I kinda like it..!!

 

anybody in Mass that has a Spoon STB that wants to trade for a Red Billet Comptech STB PM me...mine is used so the Comptech sticker is worn of...

actually, can you sell me the Comptech STB? I think Glenn will be willing to sell his Spoon to you..(which I am not positive) but I think he wants to sell it... However, I am not sure that Comptech will fit AEM CAI or not, cuz there is one guy said that he used custom-made gasket/washer to make the Comptech STB fit...

I will sell you the Comptech STB for exactly how much Glen would like to sell me the Spoon one for. The Comptech sticker on my STB is wearing off, I think mostly because of heat, otherwise it's fine. Maybe one day we can meet up and do a swap, that way you can just pay Glen for the Spoon STB and trade it with mine, plus I get to show off my newly-cleared headlights.
