What is wrong with my springs?
will putting them on the rear and having them fully compressed for a certain amount of time ruin the springs?
i thought that once a spring reaches a certain limit in which the "K" constant force of compression is altered (from stretching the spring out too much, or compressing for too long), the force of the spring, itself, is changed and thusly, will not go back to it's original state of rest.... for example, you stretch a slinky super long, and when u let go, it doesn't go back to it's original length but instead has a bulge or a part of the spring that doesn't conform with the rest of the coils.... =X

Yeah, just reverse them, the longer ones go in the front, shorter ones in the rear. I had a few friends with the KG/MM race springs a few years ago. It's a great spring, may be a bit stiff, plus you will need new shocks soon.
Other than the reverse, it looks fine, it looks compressed at the bottom because they are dual rate springs, same as my KG/MM supersports.

Not to be rude but you are not very good at reading
The tall springs go in the FRONT
The short ones go in the REAR
You have the tall ones in the rear so you have them in wrong

I put them on like that at first, and the rear was lower than the front....Then again, skunk2 springs are the same height in the box, they just have 9 coils vs. 8 coils.
Soo for skunk2 springs, the 9 coils went in the rear and 8 coils in the front.......

Whats your offer on the wing. There is no damage and paint is perfect and its authentic. Let me know. If you pay good enough, i might just consider.

Yea.....doesnt make sense with the rear spring compression.
Since it is very close to a 50/50 weight distribution, front and rear springs im sure will affect the ride height when swapped, but the compression should be close to the same since it is not too much of a weight difference??? Curious to see how this ends up.
