juss wanted to chime in, i highly recommend you going to a shop and getting these installed, installing springs is not a mickey mouse job, spend that hundred or so dollars and get it installed by a professional, isnt bad at all and less headache of course. if there is something wrong with the springs im more than happy to give you a refund. but if its simply because you dont have any experience and try doing it and doesn turn out well, obviously the refund cannot be issued. let me know what you guys think, i personally dont think im harsh at all. i got the springs isntalled and uninstalled by professionals and never had any problems with them. they may have put them in a wrong box (i never check), but they are KG/MM springs and no knockoffs and for s2000s. am i wrong?
As of right now, i dont really want to pay for a pro because if its the same issue, im out 100. Do you have any pics of these on your car? Any pics of the springs like i have through the wheel.
And its not my skills, i installed my stechs on my celica and it went perfectly fine. I knew shoulda bought some stechs.
i personally dont think its a spring problem right now. ill try to see if i can do a search or something, i tried looking for pics but i cant seem to find any off of my car.
Hey gpwap1, tell me this. Did you install the springs yourself? When it was installed, did you take a look at the springs behind the wheel? Did it sit like mine?
here's a pic from back in 2003, with the KGMM's everyone used to say that the rears were lower, but they weren't, it's the wheel well lines that you are looking at which is probably why the rear appears lower (from the factory the fronts have a higher wheel well line, stock they look more even due to the rake of the car). I can't find any pics right now, but with the KGMM's I do remember a portion of the springs resting on eachother.

the Tein S-Techs look like they are the same way...if I remember correctly, has something to do with "dual rate" springs (softer, then once they've traveled up or down they get stiffer)
