ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

This is great! Given the fact I own both I'm sitting here trying to imagine my Corvette's exhaust note blaring in my ears while watching the digital tach in my S flash!

And and to the poster that said, "LS1s are slow, I beat them all the time" you're turbo right? Ok, now imagine this with a turbo, or better yet that gap between the intake manifold and the radiator filled by a Vortech...

how did you keep that thing 50:50 weight?
the motor only weighs about 80 lbs more than the F20 after removing all the accerssories since I dont need them and moving some things around in the car like the battery,Ford Diff. and fuel cell it is more balanced now than stock as the S2000 is 49F and 51R on its wieght dist.

Well unfortunately for you, you will lose almost all of your dash functionality with any kind of motor/transmission swap. So you will essentially end up looking at auto meter gages for you speed, tach and such. I like the idea, of gobs of torque but you will need to live without many of the stock luxuries if you got this route.
