where do i order this one?
Here is a note from TSS. I am pleased with the response and will post udpates on the quality of the spoiler when it arrives in 3 weeks

Dear Brent,
we are aware of a quality problem with the rear spoiler we had with one production line a few weeks ago. These problems are fixed now and the spoilers are of good quality again. We will send you a new rear spoiler tomorrow. Since we cannot pick up the other one free of charge please keep it or throw it away.
The only favour you could do us is to communicate in the web that we are aware of the quality problem with some spoilers that we have fixed it and that we exchange the ones of poor quality free of charge.
Best regards
Frank Sigel

That is a great looking spoiler! The best I've seen for the S2K. Much better looking IMO than OEM, and of course better looking than some of the other ridiculous monstrousities posing as spoilers I've seen on S2Ks. Curious of the price as well . . . even though I'm currently sans S2K.
I was reluctant to order the spoiler because of the poor quality. I am glad to hear that that TSS is fixing the problem and that they are going to send a free replacement. Brent, please keep us posted!
If they deliver as promised it should be hear in a couple weeks. I will keep you posted. Velocity got a bad spoiler and cannot get them to respond to his email, they might be ignoring him because he bought it second hand. I did let them know about several links on this site trashing the spoiler and told them it was hurting their business to let an inferior product out the door like that. I am happy with their promise to fix things with me as long as they deliver a good product in the end.
By the way here are the two email address's I have for this company. The first one is how I ordered and also how I responded when I got a bad spoiler

I've been diggin' this spoiler ever since Tommy first started scrounging around for info on it. Now that I've sold my Honda Goldwing, I have a lil' spending $$$ and plan to order this rear spoiler for The Bruised Banana. I just sent an e-mail to them this evening.
If it should benefit anyone, the following is what I wrote them in that e-mail. (BTW, I tried to use the suggested online translator from my English to their German, and while that did do an better job than I could have ever pretended to do, when I practiced converting the translation back from the translated German to English...it got pretty ugly...so I opted to simply e-mail them in English & hope they'd have a dude -- or dudette -- that is fluent in English). Anyway, here goes:
---------------------------------------------------
I am an American interested in placing an order for one of your TS-AP1HS01 "Heckspoiler", for my Honda S2000.
I speak no German, but have access to this online translator if necessary ==> http://www.freetranslation.com/ Frankly, I tried to use it...and I wasn't altogether happy with the results, so I'm sending this request in English.
I would like to place an order for (1) -- ONE -- TS-AP1HS01 "Heckspoiler," for my Honda S2000.
I understand that initially you need my name and a mailing address, so here goes:

If it is possible that you could fax me your invoice/order form rather than mail it to me I would be most grateful in order to expedite my business with you. If that is acceptable, I share a department/company fax machine at this number 804-281-xxxx [edited for this post]. Please be sure to specify in the fax that it is for [name edited...] to assure it doesn't get misplaced by a co-worker.
Also, I understand that once I have that invoice/order form I can include my credit card number and fax it back to your company to assure a prompt transaction? I just want to verify that this is true. If yes, I will do just that when the form arrives...please be so kind as to indicate the proper fax number I should use to fax the completed form back to you.
I am aware of a recent issue you had with a batch of your TSS spoilers and frankly as much as I like the look of the spoiler, I am extremely impressed with your company's willingness to provide excellent customer service to those that had a problem with the fitment of those limited number of spoilers. For that reason as much as any other, I am looking forward to doing business with your firm.
Thank you for your time, and let me know what else I might do to expedite this transaction with your company.
Sincerely,
[name edited...]

I'll let you folks know how things go as I receive more information.
Thanks,

I received my e-mail attached Adobe Acrobat Invoice/order form from TSS this morning.
Questions related to $$$ on the invoice/order form (all in euro):
First billable line looks to be the spoiler itself with a price of $267.24
Second billable line I assume is shipping and is $85
Total is listed as $352.24
Again, all of above is in euros. I've converted with this currency converter and come up with $349.26 dollars. Does that sound about right???
Also, (and I believe someone else had also mentioned it), the invoice/order form includes a line "Please indicate offer number!!"...does this mean there could be a discount code somewhere on TSS's site that might further reduce this price? I know, I know, there's already been a discussion on this thread related to what a good price the spoiler has seemed to be...but a guy always needs mods so every penny can count!
Lastly, if I fax back my CC# to them on the form, will I completely circumvent "wire transfer" and therefore a banks wire transfer fee? In other words, providing them my CC# info would be tantamount to them charging my Visa for $352.24 and that being the total cost to me to get the spoiler in my hands (notwithstanding the additional paint shop service/fees...but I consider that a separate issue). Just curious.
Thanks,
Dave
