Thanks for the kind thoughts and words I truly appreciate it
My Grandma went into hospital a couple of days after and that really put things into perspective but I still miss taking her for walks and seeing how excited she was to see me when I returned from work. Little things like how her stumpy little tail would always wag when she seen me and big things like how loyal she was to me
Thankfully we had 9 good years together and if she had to go I'm glad that she's with her best friend Stimpy
feisty, you could relate to this.... people would unshamedly say "Gee they're so ugly" and the response was always the same. "Looked in the mirror lately?"

That's the most beautiful Chocolate Lab I have ever seen. Sorry to hear about his death.
WOW...thanks Fearless....those are really kind words Not to sound like a braggard, but RAJ used to stop people in their tracks wanting to know what kind of dog he is.
He was my first dog, and I TOTALLY see how people feel like their dogs are their children. I treated him like my son, he got the best of everything I could give him. I would actually forgoe stuff just so I can give him more (the little bugger used to go through Kong bones like they were paper..heheh).
I love these dog threads. Just looking at dogs is therapeutic and lowers my stress levels.
Theraputic is a great way to describe this thread. I am away in college right now, but I have 2 Havanese and 1 Bichon at home. Future plans include an Italian Greyhound, a Pomeranian, and possibly a German Shepard
