Can't wait to see pictures of the lip mounted

I think that will fix a lot of my problems w/ the ASM front end...

does anyone else have pics of this lip yet? the bulletproof pictures suck (as usual ) and don't really show much.

The middle piece of the ASM FRP hood are just a FRP piece but I molded a thin CF piece to it and I think it look better this way
Dam whore This is a nice distraction while I am up my butt working late on the dental documents at the clinic. What is the weight of this fiber glass asm hood Windchasers2k? I am looking to reduce weight at the front of the car, not a cheap fix but we have to pay to play. The ome aluminum hood weight around 15 pounds if I remember correctly. The alternative is the dry carbon asm hood, big $$$. But it is ok if I want to achieve the purpose. There are a few parts that we can replace on the front to save weight. Header, I want your arc radiator , lighter rotor and caliper (spoon sport) lighter tires, ricks engine pulley set, clutch set. The asm front fenders are nice but big $$$, unless we are planning to keep the car forever. I do not know the weight difference between the ome fenders v.s asm fenders. Do you?

Yeah the CE look very nice in mag blue, but I just don't want to wait a long time for it so I may just look for something used for sale and see what I can find.

Maybe this what you guys think

I dont know the weight of the FRP but on my scale the OEM was 18.5lbs and the CF ASM was just a little over 11 so I saved about 7lbs. With the FRP it has to be lighter than OEM, but probably not by a whole lot. I would guestimate that it is about 4-5lbs lighter than OEM and vented so that helps out too
