in all honesty, since civil will end up being more money and hassle than fixing it... and the cops won't do anything... if you do find the car, just give them a karma lesson.

 

This is why i fear parking my S2k anywhere but my garage

Looking at it pisses me off. Wow... fcking unbelievable how such trash exists, whether it was an accident or some prick did it on purpose, the person needs to get beaten up.

I'm guessing it was someone visiting a neighbor in your complex, had a few too many, and as he was backing out of the parking space next to yours, cut the wheel too soon.

The bad news is that looks like about $2k worth of damage, you can kiss your deductible goodbye.

 

Happened to me with my other car when I wasn't even in it. The funny thing is, when you're parked you are responsible for your own claim in quebec... You are just not at fault but you still need to get your insurance to pay.

That sucks.
