Well, I would deny it for the reasons you mentioned.

That said, I LOVE the sides and the rear. The wheels look VERY good.

I would probably let it pass with the unpainted hood, but the sticker is an automatic denial.

Pull the sticker then resubmit.

I like the black wheels better. I would also suggest some clear sidemarkers, but overall it's VERY clean.
