BTW, do you plan on changing the wheels? If not, then maybe you should powdercoat them, I think it would look good.

I doubt my S will qualify but still want some opinions, this winter it is getting an OEM lip and clear diffusers...and maybe some other stuff, the front tag was off but their is a chip in the paint next to the bolt hole so I put my tag back on and plus the Cops are anal about tags in my area

AP1_S2K... I think you have the basic idea. I would go with a front lip and some clear diffusers, and you'll be set. 
Its hard to tell from those pics because it is dark, but your car is lowered, right? I will say denied for now until you get a front lip.
