Thank you, very much, for your comment. When I called a local Honda Dealer Parts Dept yesterday they told me the on-board computer in my 2006 AP2 may or may not be able to "read" the 2003 sensor. But, if swap the 2006 passenger rail into the 2003 it should be ok as you said. I do not understand why the Honda Parts Dept said what they said? Hopefully, this will all work out. Thanks again for your help.

This sensor does not exist on models before 06. You have to swap rails, the 00-05 passenger side rails don't fit 06+. The only thing I am not sure about is reprogramming. Seems like you wouldn't have to since you won't be removing it from the rail. I have seen people post about this swap before and from what I understand it is very straight-forward.

Thanks for the info. I will try to find out about reprogramming has to be done or not. Hopefully, this will be a straight-fwd swap w no problems. I see you live in Tucson. It is S2K season there all year! I live in Denver so season is April-November 1.
