Default Aftermarket Seat Question

I was looking to get some Sparco R100s in my 05 and had a few general questions. First of all bracket wise is there any way to adapt the stock brackets safely? Assuming that you can't, I've heard mixed reviews on Corbeau 's slider bracket combo but id save a good 150.00 going that route over say Buddy Club. I currently have the solid black seats in I'd say 7/10 condition and wondering what I could expect to get for those quickly to recoup some money. Lastly on seats I'm debating either Cusco 7 point dash escape with harness bar or possible Rhodes race cars cage. I know one is weld and one is bolt but I can't seem to find any info on Rhodes race cars cage aside from the wonderful feedback they have from everyone else. And it's about 650.00 cheaper than Cusco and is still a full cage.
Completely off topic though I also have the option to pick up a ARK 4-2-1 race header for around 400.00 and wondering if that's a decent upgrade for a stock s2k aside from test pipe and some flowmasters.
Any help at all would definitely be appreciated.

Little bit of both. There is a local track opening this summer that requires a cage but I love the look of a caged s also.
