It installed just light the factory. It wraps around and has strong velcro behind the plastic trim. Mine needs to be pulled a little tighter, but it has the hardtop on it right now and I'm too lazy to do it

how come they only show the full head rest cover ones on their website and not yours. do you have the part #. is it special order?

Sorry, just saw this. They offer the open headrests for the models that came with open headrests originally.
