Default Boot Cover For Soft Top?

I'd like to get a boot cover for the soft top for when it is down, yet I have seen many people who think this product is useless or otherwise inferior.

Why? I used to have one on my Miata and found it great at protecting the top from dirt and other contaminants.

Let me know your thoughts, or even a place I could get one cheap.

It's a hassle if you're not used to it. Even if you do get it to where you can take it off and on quickly it eats up a ton of trunk space. If you look around I'm sure you'll find an S owner willing to part with it. I don't ever leave my top down long enough to make it worth bothering with. If I park for more than a few minutes I'll raise the top. Dirt and contaminants can be wiped off.

I love wearing- what I refer to as- my lady hump. But yeah kinda sucks having to lug it around in the trunk, that said I wear mine anytime I have the top down for long enough to excuse doing it- doesn't take very long to put it on & I think looks way better than exposed folded top.

This aftermarket boot cover folds and stores easily in the trunk (stock cover doesn't fold).

Looks good, except for the idea that the tail tucks under the trunk lid. Not sure that is a great idea.
Also, at $159, it seems a bit pricey.

Still would consider it.

Nawwww, that aftermarket one is FUGLY! OEM one may not condense as small but is MUCH better looking.
