Default Dash control lights dim

My digi gauges are just fine, but the radio controls on the left of the steering wheel are very dim, though uniform. The hvac controls are brighter, but Id still prefer them to be brighter. Any idea what the problem might be? When I adjust dash lighting with the buttons beneath the gauges, they just adjust the digi gauges and theyre fine. The radio controls are way too dim.

So your dash controls dont get brighter when you press the (+) button by the speedo? or get dimmer with the (-) button?

No they dont, only the digi gauges get brighter or darker with those buttons. Nothing on either side of the hood gauges get brighter or dimmer.

I just picked it up last week. Thats what I figured, the dimmer should work for everything right, not just the gauges? IF so, what could be the problem?

Yes sir, they should work for the speedo and the dash controls. Im not really sure what could be wrong since the whole module is dim. You might just need to purchase new controls man and see if that works. If not, you could always sell them again.
