Yeah there are a few. I have, but haven't installed, a PAC (Pacific Accessory Corporation) SWI-X universal steering wheel radio control interface. It allows you to use the S2000's controls on an aftermarket radio.

I think all this info (and more) is in the stickies but I'll summarize it for you:
PAC makes several units. The original was IR only but they now have one version that does the Sony Wired and another that does Alpine wired. The advantage/disadvantage of the PAC is that it's programmable, meaning you can program any of the dash switches for any function on the factory remote (like a learning remote) but you're limited to one function per switch (volume plus 2 functions). This is the cheapest and most universal of the options. Some users don't like the delay between pushing the dash switch and the HU response.
I don't know if DJQube is still making his kit anymore or not. It's a custom piece that replaces the dash MODE switch with a 4-way control (pretty cool) and hard-wires it into your HU remote control. This is the most expensive of the options and requires you to remove your dash panel and send it in to be modified. This product gives you volume plus 5 functions.
And then there's the DCI, available at the GoFastLab. This is priced between the other 2 choices. It is available for the most popular IR and the Alpine, Sony, and Pioneer wired head units and comes pre-programmed. Pre-programming is obviously not as flexible as the learning type, but the advantage is you get additional functions through the use of "button combinations". In addition to volume it provides 6 of the most commonly used HU functions and includes the required MUTE inverter for correct mute operation. Also includes speed-controlled volume (with multiple settings) that can be turned on and off from the dash switches. Details here.
