Default Fixing window sill and soft top

Hey guys

Both rubber parts that the windows rolls up to in my car have come unglued. When it rains water builds up in them and soaks me when I start driving. Also, if you sit in your S and look up there are two bars that run across the soft top. The bars have fabric wrapped around them that is then glued to the soft top. One of mine has came unglued and now the soft top flaps in the wind. I'm assuming that 3m tape would work good for the bar and fabric but I'm not sure which glue to use for the rubber sills. Any suggestions?
