Painting interior bits?
Just wondering if anyone has ever tried painting some bits of there interior?
I recently worked with transplanting 03 full red interior into my 00 and the only pieces i have problem is with the roll bar garnish. I heard once its pryed open you cannot make them flush like oem anymore therefore i decided to try painting the part instead as i don't want to pay 300 for new roll bar + garnish + shipping to australia as that is more than likely to cost more than the full interior i paid for. Any insight into this will be appreciated
Thanks in advance

its no problem at all. I dont understand why people think its the end of the world or they are garage if they are in two pieces. I got mine that way too. What i did was line them up, use rope to tie them to hold it from separating, then run super glue between the two pieces and let it dry for 30min or so before removing the rope. Mine is still holding tight together for two yrs now.
