Hello all! So I have searched but haven't found a clear answer. I am trying to replace my master window switch on my MY03 and can't seem to get the switch out of the door panel. I found one thread that just said to push the plastic part forward and lift up the back but that doesn't seem to work for me. Can anyone offer up help? Thank you!

 

Lol. Don't do that.

Remove the door panel. Then remove the door pull handle. Remove the metal piece holding your switch cluster THEN slide it forward and pull it out.
