removing pedals

Default removing pedals

hi all,
today i bought a set of mugen pedals
and after i got home and started working on removing the oem ones i realized i was unable to remove em...
can anyone with experience please tell me how to remove the pedals?

If you look closely at the stock pedals, the clutch and brake are riveted in place and will have to be drilled out in order to remove the pedal covers. I have Mugen pedals installed on MY06 as well. Since the Mugen pedals are a "slip-on" design, I just adjusted the Mugen one in order to slide over the factory gas pedal since I believe the gas pedal cover cannot be removed (someone correct me if I am wrong).
